Dear Ro-Hawks!
Jeff Anderson ('63) and Jackie (Darling '64) Anderson contacted me and asked me to have another get together at The Barn Door because they were going to be visiting San Antonio from Colorado in April. We planned and planned and made reservations, got confirmations, etc. Then the day before the planned dinner I got a call from Jackie that a big snow storm was coming their way and their flight was cancelled!!!! We still met for dinner on April 14th at The Barn Door without them and we were all bummed. However, right after we ordered our dinner we look up and there are Jeff and Jackie!!! The storm wasn't as bad, and they caught a flight and wanted to surprise us. THAT THEY DID!!! We had a wonderful time eating and catching up on old times. However, the night was not all wonderful as 3 or 4 automobiles were broken into in the parking lot, including Bill Borellis's car. No one was hurt but some windows were smashed and valuables taken, including Bill's golf clubs!!! Here are the pictures from that night. Remember, no one was hurt during the taking of these pictures! P.S. Jeff and Jackie - thank you for the Rocky Mountain Candy.... I was able to get the cellophane off with my teeth (why are they packed so good?) while driving home and talking on my cell phone ..... I ate about 4 of them. The next day my mom ate the rest. Needless to say, yum yum
