The Peter-Bear Helmet (submitted by Andy Lowery)

Here are pictures of Andy Lowery, John Johnson (another "outsider" - not a RoHawk like Andy) and Tom McDougall. Andy Lowery sent these pictures - that might be a very large bottle of Sangria in Tom's hand??? I'm told that John Johnson is a fraternity brother (Phi Delta at Southwestern in Georgetown) of Andy's. John is the inventor of the 'Peter-Bear' helmet (picture attached,) and he, McDougall, and Andy were champion road-trippers one year.

If I'm not mistaken, then I would believe that those are Peter-Bear helmets on their heads. Can you tell me what a Peter-Bear helmet is???
