MORE PHOTOS OF THE NEW CAMPUS OF RHS 2019
Yesterday, September 24, 2019, Mike Scott and I went to the high school to see the progress of construction of the new campus. Now you must understand that the school has been rebuilt at the same location as the original campus. It is still located on Randolph AFB on the other side of one of the runways. Highway 1604 runs right by it and you now enter the campus via 1604. You've seen pictures of some of the new buildings but those pictures included the two original buildings. The pictures below show the campus without those buildings. Also, the old cafeteria has been left intact. You can even see the tile wall where the Ro-Hawk Mosaic hung.
We also visited the room of Kacy Debney who teaches Environmental Sciences. She received a grant last year to enhance her room. She was excited to show us what the grant purchased. New aquariums and reptiles. She has snakes, frogs, lizards, fish and jellyfish in her room.
